About This Position

Description:

The Office Administrator is the central administrative and communications hub for Morgan’s enterprise, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-organized front office. This role manages multi-line phone systems, welcomes and directs visitors, coordinates shared-services logistics, and supports daily operations across entities. As a key point of contact for internal teams, partners, and guests, the Office Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining smooth, on-site operations.

Requirements:

Essential Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the enterprise, managing a multi-line phone system, welcoming visitors, and ensuring professional, accurate routing of calls, inquiries, and information across departments and entities.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining an organized and efficient front office.

Office & Facilities Support

  • Coordinate shared-services logistics, including parking, LH Quarry, conference room scheduling, and shared spaces, while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Order, stock, and manage office and breakroom supplies, and coordinate with vendors and building services as needed.

Administrative Support

  • Manage general correspondence, maintain basic records and logs, and assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics, including room setup, materials, and technology support.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members across the enterprise as requested.

Technology & Systems

  • Utilize Microsoft Office and office systems to support daily operations, operate standard office equipment, and adapt to new technologies and procedures as implemented.

General Duties

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred, with a minimum of three years of relevant office administration or front desk experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional, front-facing office environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, exercise sound judgment, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team; adaptable, reliable, and service-oriented.

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed in a professional, on-site office environment; core business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours work as needed.
  • This position may require occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds and the performance of routine office-related physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, lifting overhead, and extended use of telephones, keyboards, and other office equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • This role is on-site only; remote or hybrid work is not available.
