RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Power the Project: Perform essential physical labor and critical site tasks to keep projects moving forward.
• Material Handling: Take charge of unloading and transporting materials across the jobsite, ensuring crews have what they need when they need it.
• Site Maintenance: Maintain a professional and safe workspace by managing clean-up in break areas and restrooms and performing trash removal.
• Landscaping: assist with finishing touches, including laying sod, planting, trimming, and mowing to ensure the site looks its best.
• Safety First: Protect your team and the public by flagging traffic and maintaining site security.
• Tool Operation: Utilize rakes, shovels, and small power tools to support daily construction operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience on a construction job site is a plus.
• Drive to Learn: A demonstration of ability and willingness to learn new skills on the job.
• Self-Starter: Must be self-motivated and able to work productively without constant supervision.
• Physical Stamina: Possess physical strength and endurance to work well with your hands all day.
• Team Mindset: A positive attitude and the ability to strictly follow instructions and safety rules are essential.
• Compliance: Adherence to all company, client, and project policies, including the safety manual and employee handbook.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use email, smartphones, tablets, or computers to manage company information and documents.
