Position Title: Contract Sr. Recruiter

Echodyne offers the worlds first compact solid-state true beam-steering radar for a wide range of industries and applications. Our high-performance radars work in all weather and are designed for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft & drones, and security of borders, critical infrastructure, and smart cities. The company combines the patented technology of metamaterials with powerful software to create a radar sensor with unprecedented performance at commercial price points. Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).

Echodyne is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter for a 6-9 month engagement.

Were looking for a Contract Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting while keeping the operational side of our talent function running efficiently. This person will be hands-on in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, while also maintaining the systems, workflows, and coordination that make a high-performing recruiting team possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes
  • Manage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation
  • Build relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and professional experience
  • Maintain accuracy and organization in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistent documentation
  • Keep recruiting templates, workflows, and scorecards current and aligned with company standards
  • Support headcount tracking, requisition management, and offer approvals in collaboration with the business
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, panel preparation, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth process
  • Help maintain consistent interview and evaluation standards across the organization
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
Strong operational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining ATS systems and recruiting processes
Proven success filling technical and specialized roles in a competitive market
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Experience partnering directly with senior leaders
Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills)
  • Experience in defense technology
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., OFCCP, ITAR)
  • Degree or Certification in HR or related field
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule preferred

The pay range for this position is $50-$75 per hour.
