CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $78,000 – $95,000 per year.

What You’ll Do
- Design high-quality, user-centered interfaces for a complex enterprise product
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready specifications using Figma
- Work within and extend an established design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and designers to move work from concept through delivery
- Translate requirements and low-fidelity concepts into clear, usable design solutions
- Present design decisions and rationale to stakeholders to build alignment and trust
- Support and mentor less experienced designers through feedback and collaboration
What You Bring
- Experience designing digital products or enterprise/B2B systems with complex workflows
- Strong UI and interaction design skills, demonstrated through high-fidelity work and prototyping
- Fluency in Figma, including component-based design and design system usage
- Ability to create clear, developer-ready specs and documentation
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with developers and product partners
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, proactively gather requirements, and move work forward
- Clear communication skills, including explaining design decisions and influencing stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing for field tools, logistics, or service-based workflows
- Familiarity with telecommunications or similar large-scale operational environments
- Experience working within consulting or agency environments
