This is a first shift position located at our Fairfield, OH facility.

Key ResponsibilitiesRead, interpret, and follow job orders and blueprints accurately.Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, punch, form, shape, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal.Utilize precision measuring tools (calipers, protractors, etc.) to verify specifications and inspect quality of finished products.Maintain and clean machinery before and after each shift to ensure optimal performance.Adjust machine settings for speed, material feed, and path of the cut; ensure machines are properly set up and producing quality output.Test and modify machine speeds or actions according to product specifications using gauges and hand tools.Inspect assembled parts to confirm they meet all required specifications.Follow all safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment.Qualifications1-2 years Press Brake Operators Experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailCommitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environmentReady to build your future with G&W Products?
