About This Position
The Sr. Graphic Designer is highly creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized, playing an essential role in creating and maintaining TMRW Sports, and its related brands and standards. With a minimum of seven years of experience in graphic design, this person will deliver branding and design solutions for various clients with a focus on sports. He/she will produce traditional and digital promotion, social media assets, collateral materials, logo designs, internal and external communications, merchandise, brand management and more, all across the entire TMRW Sports portfolio.
Reporting to the Art Director, this person will play a key role on the broader Creative team, serving as an ambassador for the holistic organization. This person will partner closely with TMRW Sports stakeholders and other Creative team members and leaders to foster a team culture of collaboration and inclusivity. This person must thrive while working in a fast-paced, high growth and collaborative environment while also being comfortable working solo.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the brand maintenance and evolution of TMRW Sports and its related brands, guidelines and be a brand ambassador
- Manage multiple design projects at a time from concept to completion
- Translate marketing needs into innovative, highly dynamic, digital solutions
- Contribute to high-level strategic planning around creative and brand projects, bringing fresh and forward-thinking approach to creative direction and content for campaigns, creative executions, and overall company/brand goals
- Ideate and develop content for various media and executions, including motion graphics, interactive screens and digital signage, live show visuals, brand installations, merchandise, social media and user experiences
- Work with vendors as applicable to execute traditional printing techniques
- Partner closely with internal Digital and Social teams to bring ideas to life in meaningful and engaging ways that align with current trends and brands
- Collaborate with internal Sales and Executive teams to prepare and deliver sales decks, pitches and mockups that are on brand and engaging
- Ensure that all work meets a high level of creativity, innovation, and brand association
- Other duties as assigned
- 7+ years of experience working in a graphic design capacity in a professional creative production environment
- Graphic design and execution experience in the sports industry
- Strong understanding of current Social and Digital Media technologies and trends
- Proficient in Adobe Creative suite, industry tools, technologies, and techniques
- Proven track record of effectively collaborating cross-functionally with multiple leaders, including those in Marketing, Digital, Social, Sales, etc.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation software
- Knowledge of project management software to track, log and receive/provide feedback
- Ability to manage multiple project schedules, deliverables, designers and projects simultaneously
- Available during and ahead of competition hours, which may include evenings, weekends and may include travel as applicable
Preferred:
- Video, editing, 3d, motion graphics and photography skills
