- Support pricing strategy, deal desk analysis, and GTM investments by providing accurate, actionable financial insights.
- Maintain and improve automated revenue and gross margin forecasting, reporting, and board-level metrics.
- Build and manage reliable ETL pipelines that feed financial models and dashboards, ensuring high data integrity.
- Analyze cloud procurement and usage to model scenarios that optimize costs and improve gross margins.
- Conduct peer code reviews, ensuring quality, maintainability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Partner directly with leadership on AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives and ad hoc strategic analysis projects.
Candidates should bring a strong technical foundation, financial literacy, and the ability to apply AI-enabled solutions to operational workflows:
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, finance, analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI automation tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Cursor, Claude Code).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in pricing, forecasting, billing, or finance flows.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals: version control (Git), code review participation, clean/documented code, and testing practices.
- Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure) and working in technical workflows (pull requests, sprints, CI/CD).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating cross-functionally and presenting complex analyses to senior leaders.
- Preferred: exposure to SaaS or usage-based billing, ETL pipeline development, BI/dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and board-level reporting.
- Competitive salary with transparency and performance-based growth opportunities.
- 100% remote work environment supporting work-life balance across most U.S. states.
- Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA options.
- 401(k) plan access to support retirement savings.
- Generous paid time off policies, including company-wide self-care weeks.
- Paid parental leave for all parents, including birthing, non-birthing, adopting, and fostering.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness initiatives supporting mental and physical health.
- Home office stipend for new hires and quarterly team-building stipends.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact, AI-driven finance workflows with direct executive mentorship.
