To delight customers with every visit — whether that’s helping them discover something new or making their day with genuine service.

Now we’re looking for a detail-driven, hands-on Bakery Mixer to join our Bakery Production Kitchen team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing high-quality doughs and batters that bring our bakery products to life.

What you’ll do
• Weigh, measure, and scale ingredients accurately according to standardized recipes
• Mix and prepare doughs and batters for breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and more
• Operate commercial mixing equipment, including planetary and spiral mixers
• Monitor dough development, hydration levels, and consistency throughout the mixing process
• Follow daily production schedules to ensure timely and efficient output
• Maintain ingredient quality and flag any concerns with raw materials
• Support bakers and production staff by preparing mixes for further processing
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and mixing stations regularly
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling procedures

What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment (mixing experience is a strong asset)
• Strong understanding of baking fundamentals, including dough hydration, fermentation, and mixing techniques
• Comfortable operating commercial bakery equipment
• Ability to follow recipes, formulas, and production schedules with precision
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and quality
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Perks of working here
• Weekly pay
• Employee discount on gourmet groceries and prepared meals
• Employer-paid benefits for full-time employees
• Flexible schedule
• A dynamic, inclusive workplace that celebrates its people
• Complimentary work swag (we’ll keep you looking sharp)
• Easily accessible store locations
