This role is a strategic, high-impact position responsible for designing, executing, and scaling programs that drive partner success across a global ecosystem. You will focus on partner enablement, funding programs, and service-oriented initiatives that accelerate adoption, growth, and customer value. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize program performance and measure business impact. You will serve as a key driver of partner engagement, building frameworks that enhance delivery capabilities and co-sell opportunities. The role demands strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while influencing executive stakeholders. - Develop, execute, and scale partner programs, incentives, and business processes to drive partner engagement and growth
- Design frameworks that accelerate partner-led adoption of products and services and reinforce best practices
- Manage program execution, adoption, and long-term success through careful planning, monitoring, and optimization
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance program efficiency, utilization, compliance, and business impact
- Maintain detailed program documentation, including benefits, terms, rules of engagement, and marketing materials for global audiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define system and process requirements that improve partner and sales experiences
- Oversee partner funding initiatives, including Partner Development Funds and Cloud Funding programs, to enable co-sell, consumption, and service delivery growth
- 4+ years of experience in channel programs, partner marketing/sales, incentives, or rebate management
- Strong understanding of channel partner business models, including their role in solution delivery, sales, and services within cloud and software ecosystems
- Proven experience designing and executing partner programs that align with business strategy and drive measurable results
- Expertise in partner funding models (e.g., MDF, PDF) and partner enablement programs
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical, financial, and business planning skills, with experience developing models to justify and optimize programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with executive leadership and external partners
- Project management, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Ability to travel up to 20%
