Work Location: Remote, on-site as needed

Work Hours: Full-time

Here is what you will need:

• • Bachelor's Degree in finance/Accounting. MBA desired.
  • Experience in healthcare data analysis, variance analysis and information reporting; presenting financial information in a consumable format.
  • Strong excel modeling with the ability to build models from scratch in a disciplined fashion, rollup multiple sheets and a strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels
  • Experience in building presentations for management.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Experience working in a multi-unit operations environment preferred.
  • Knowledge in Adaptive is a plus

A Day in the Life of a Senior Financial Analyst:

• Provide services and support for the following areas:
• Capital budgeting and management throughout the year, including center operations and IT projects
• Forecasting monthly for capital expenditures
• Reporting on capital spend vs budget and forecast
• ROI analysis on new locations
• Center financial performance tracking
• Capital PO approval process - Initiating capital expenditure requests, monitor approval workflow, validating to budget
• Develops proforma modeling and ROI analysis to support strategic capital investments.
• Helps prioritize investments and capital expenditures through due diligence and active collaboration.
