Job Title: Lab Finance Manager
Location: DeLand, FL (Onsite)

Overview:
DaVita Labs is seeking a Finance Manager with a strong accounting background to lead financial reporting and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting team
• Manage month-end close and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial policies
• Perform financial analysis, pricing, and profitability analysis
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong GAAP and accounting knowledge
• Experience with financial systems, SQL, and reporting tools (Tableau/Cognos/Crystal Reports)
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
