What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an Enterprise Analytics Manager to lead the development, governance, and optimization of analytics and data systems that support all areas of company operations. This role will focus on overseeing the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytical models to drive enterprise-wide decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, advanced database management and SQL skills, and exposure to financial and operational KPIs. This role partners closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure data integrity and actionable insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, partnering with Finance, Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand and prioritize reporting, analytics, and data management requirements

  • Provide leadership in the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and associated technologies throughout the organization

  • Evaluate AI opportunities, prioritizing high-impact use cases, and guiding production deployment across the enterprise

  • Oversee collection, cleaning, and preparation of data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models used by executive, finance, and operational leaders

  • Manage, modify, and optimize DAX measures and data models to enable standard metrics, KPIs, and time-based analysis (MTD, YTD, YoY, TTM)

  • Write, review, and maintain SQL queries to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data validation needs

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data, models, and performance issues in collaboration with IT and other business partners

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across ETL pipelines, reporting systems, and analytics outputs

  • Present insights and trends to senior leadership to support enterprise-level decision-making

  • Lead enterprise initiatives as directed by the CFO or other executives, including ERP implementation, data governance, and enterprise learning/training programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience managing enterprise-level data systems and building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools

  • Strong knowledge of upstream data processes, data modeling, and ETL pipelines.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments and influence data-driven decision-making

Preferred Skills & Experience

    Advanced experience using DAX to build or adjust measures in Power BI.

    Proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and managing enterprise data.

    Exposure to corporate finance, labor, manufacturing, or operational analytics.

    Experience overseeing the development of analytics for the various areas as noted above and elsewhere

    Experience supporting regulated, high-visibility, or enterprise-level reporting environments

    Experience evaluating AI opportunities and or deploying AI tools

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position is based in an office environment. The role involves sitting and standing at a desk, frequent in-person and phone communication, and the regular use of standard office equipment, including phones and computers.
