General Cleaner at Marsden Central, L.LC.
Shift: Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 3:45pm to 6:45pm, Tuesday & Thursday 4:30pm to 7:30pm
Location: Jackson, MN
Requirements:
"Time sensitive office areas" are cleaned while the customer is still present in those areas. All other areas are cleaned after the departments close. Time sensitive offices are not cleaned on Tuesday's & Thursday's. The position requires pre-employment drug testing & fingerprinting. This is a busy building and varies on how dirty depending upon foot traffic each day. The building is 3 levels, and the main floor has the most foot traffic. The person needs to be very detailed oriented and thorough. There is a lot of trash, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. There is a Tennant T3 auto-scrubber that is utilized on the hallways and large open areas. There is a potential for more hours with cross training amongst the other buildings at this location for coverage during time off.
- You must be 18 years old.
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
- Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
- Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
- Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
