Job Summary?
The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for?ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the locker room area during program times.
?Responsibilities?
- Monitor and positively interact with members at all times to ensure members are safe in the locker room area
- Ensure count of members in and out of area; monitor member transitions
- Monitor locker room and surrounding areas, including entry and exit ways and stairs
- Ensure proper care of all materials, organize room, and report any misused or damaged materials
- Use behavior management strategies to defuse inappropriate behavior?
- Attend required department meetings and professional development trainings
- Other duties as assigned

?Qualifications?
- Six months to one year work experience?
- Demonstrated organizational/ leadership ability
- Dependable
- First Aid and CPR certification desirable
