• Field Operations & Tree Work

  • Assist with tree removal, cutting, rigging support, and debris cleanup

  • Load and unload equipment, logs, and materials safely and efficiently

  • Support climbers, operators, and crew leaders during active jobsite work

• Equipment & Jobsite Support

  • Operate hand tools and basic equipment (rakes, chainsaws, blowers, wheelbarrows)

  • Assist with basic equipment setup, breakdown, and maintenance

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

• Safety & Teamwork

  • Follow all company safety procedures and crew leader direction

  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently

  • Represent the company professionally on residential job sites

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical outdoor labor

• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift heavy materials

• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• Valid drivers license required

• CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous tree service, landscaping, or construction experience is a plusbut not required

• Hourly Pay: $25 $30+ per hour (based on experience)
