The Licensed Massage Therapist is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
The Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) demonstrates competence in skills and professionalism providing massage therapy to individuals of a variety of ages, including adult and geriatric clients. The LMT provides therapeutic massage aiming to relieve stress, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being. The LMT actively participates in the growth and development of their Department/Clinic including quality management.
Qualifications
- Meets qualifications for a Licensed Massage Therapist
- LMT must be licensed in their state of hire and eligible for licensure in alternate state
- Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.
- Scheduled hours at the discretion of the clinic manager and Outpatient Leadership based upon the needs of the clinic and program, and space considerations
