PHYSICIAN in Bowling Green, Kentucky at Graves Gilbert Clinic

The Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care within a physician-owned outpatient clinic setting. This role emphasizes continuity of care, strong patient relationships, and efficient, high-quality service delivery in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions, promoting preventive care, and contributing to the operational success and patient experience of the practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in accordance with accepted medical standards
• Obtain and review patient medical histories and perform physical examinations
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging)
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies
