Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while building strong relationships with clients and job seekers. This is an in office position, the right candidate must be local from the El Paso, TX / Las Cruces, NM areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively market recruiting services to potential clients throughout our defined region
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
• Match candidates with client requirements and job opportunities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred
• Strong sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
