Lead Mental Health Associates, Day shift or Nights, Weekends at Springbrook Behavioral Health System – Travelers Rest, South Carolina

Springbrook Behavioral Health is seeking weekend day Lead Mental Health Associate for our Adult Unit, and Leads for our Acute Children's unit, Shifts available for the Acute Unit are:

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am.

The Lead Mental Health Associate is responsible for providing direct management of the patients and staff. They assist other members of the department in the execution of the treatment plan, adherence to schedule, providing a safe environment and thoughtful observations and documentation in caring for the patient.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years experience in a behavioral health setting. A High School diploma is required and continuing education would be a plus.
