Clinical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process

- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history

- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations

- Assist healthcare providers with patient intake procedures and documentation

- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations

- Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred

- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software

- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
