The Area Director at Bloomwell Autism Therapy is the pivotal leader responsible for steering clinical excellence, administrative efficiency, team development, and ensuring the delivery of superior ABA services through compassionate guidance for all the clinics in their area. The Area Director at Bloomwell Autism Therapy is the pivotal leader responsible for steering clinical excellence, administrative efficiency, team development, and ensuring the delivery of superior ABA services through compassionate guidance for all the clinics in their area. Travel between clinics within the Minneapolis/St. Paul area is required for this role.How We Support Our BCBA Area Director:
- Competitive Salaries with BonusesSalaries of $110,000 plus bonus potential of up to $28,000. Total compensation potential of $138,000.

- Oversight of all growth and development of assigned clinics.
- Review and evaluate the performance of BCBAs and Clinical Directors including documenting feedback, performance monitoring, and participating in performance evaluations.
- Provide performance support and feedback for CDs and teammates.
- Hold teammates accountable for following all policies and procedures.
- Conduct interviews for Clinical Directors and aid in BCBA interview process.
- Accountable for ongoing teammate training, including weekly or biweekly mentorship for Clinical Directors.
- Visit all assigned clinics regularly to provide in-person support and guidance.
- BCBA certification in good standing
- At least 4 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Experience in leadership roles.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screening as needed.
- State license if required by the state.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to travel between clinics in your Area.
