What You’ll Do

• Shape the community: Prepare, form, pour, and finish concrete for walls, foundations, flatwork, and more — every project is unique.

• Work with your hands: Use trowels, floats, screeds, and other tools to create smooth, high-quality surfaces that you can take pride in.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in concrete finishing, forming, flatwork, and/or foundations.

• Comfortable using hand tools and equipment to create precise, quality work.

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for doing the job right the first time.

• A reliable team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work.

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
