Job Title
Psychologist
Job Summary
Provides psychological services to clients and their families/support systems in a clinical setting, including diagnostic evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions. Conducts comprehensive assessments to diagnose behavioral health conditions and utilizes a variety of treatment modalities, including individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Collaborates with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop, coordinate, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and needs. Communicates recommendations to providers and may consult with primary care teams to support ongoing behavioral health management. Ensures compliance with department standards and third-party payer requirements, coordinates care with community resources, and may provide crisis intervention. Contributes to team-based care and may support supervisory or leadership responsibilities within the department.
Hours and FTE are determined per employment agreement. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
Compensation
We are committed to providing wage information for all open positions. This position offers a base guarantee with productivity opportunity above the base determined annually. The productivity-based pay is reviewed annually for market adjustments.
Required Qualifications

Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling
Preferred Qualifications
-
2 to 5 years patient treatment in clinical setting
Licenses/Certifications
-
Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire.
-
Must be enrolled in NH+C RQI program for BLS certification and complete the requirements within 90 days of enrollment. Must remain current (complete quarterly assignments prior to the end of each calendar quarter).

Complete required de-escalation and crisis prevention training upon hire and on an annual basis, including adherence to NH+C reporting standards, preparedness protocols, and response procedures.

Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required
