What You’ll Do Here
Our electricians are responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems. A deep familiarity with various types of electrical systems, fixtures, and components is a must. Their work requires them to follow OSHA safety requirements and to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and platforms.
What We Need from You
To be successful in this role, the following are needed:
- Completion of a vocational electrician program or apprenticeship; Foreman-level experience preferred.
- Expert knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
- Current Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent) and a valid Driver’s License.
- Advanced proficiency in using standard industry tools, equipment, and installation methods.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate from blueprints, schematic drawings, and specification manuals to ensure accurate execution in the field.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to direct crews, coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate, complete, and legible records of work performed including daily logs, as-builts, and RFI’s.
- Lead jobsite safety efforts, conduct toolbox talks, identify hazards, and enforce safe work practices.
- Adherence to company and OSHA safety requirements, including proactive reporting and correction of safety concerns.
- Observant and thorough approach to work.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and move repetitively for extended periods.
- Mentor apprentices and journeymen to raise team’s skill level and quality of work.
- Coordinate daily crew activities, trac progress, and ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification.

This Position is full-time and will average 40 hours/week
