Reports to:

Sr. Advertising and Marketing Manager

Purpose and Objective of Position:

This position will be responsible for marketing materials production for national and local programs and services. This role acts as a support function for the Marketing Department along with Franchisee and internal department requests.

Key Accountabilities:

Marketing production and management of the Local Store Marketing support function activities will include but are not limited to:

  • Organization and fulfillment of all production related materials for the Marketing Department, other Support Center departments and external Franchisee custom art requests.
  • Manage 3rd Party Delivery vendor partnership, franchisee relations, promotions and reporting.
  • Administer ongoing loyalty campaigns including coordinating design assets, email setup, segmenting, reporting and analysis.
  • Develop, execute and grow the SMS messaging program.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative services and vendors to develop and deliver creative briefs and requests, product marketing materials, and coordinate shipping.
  • Work with marketing operations to deliver national and local materials to the warehouse and ensure stock levels are maintained as well manage order process and keep order form up to date with current materials.
  • Work with technology and marketing vendors to provide integrations, trouble shooting and monthly invoicing.
  • Local Store Marketing coordination and assistance to Franchisees and Local Store Marketing managers.
  • Maintain and organize Local Store Marketing creative materials on external printing sites and internal intranet.
  • Manage Pizza Ranch fundraising and promotional marketing programs that require ongoing communication with Franchisees, vendors and Support Center departments.
  • Assist with the Ranch Rewards Guest Services and Pizza Ranch System-Wide Gift Card Program to assist guests, restaurants, and team members with questions related to the programs.

Qualifications, Skills and/or Competencies:

  • BA Degree in Business Administration or Marketing/Public Relations preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Process oriented.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work closely with restaurant level managers and staff as well as corporate marketing staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and any other tracking software system used for planning and timelines.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency in providing a strong level of service and follow through.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and manage details for different situations and needs.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Results oriented; ability to prioritize rapidly with strong problem solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
