This role focuses on delivering personalized investment advice and digital wealth management support to clients across Canada in a fully remote environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand their financial goals and guiding them toward tailored investment strategies aligned with their needs and risk profile. The position blends client relationship management, financial advisory expertise, and digital-first service delivery. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities, improving client experience, and supporting internal teams with investment expertise. Operating within a collaborative and regulated environment, you will ensure high-quality service while maintaining compliance standards. - Provide investment advice and digital wealth management support to existing and prospective clients through a remote advisory model.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships by understanding financial goals and developing personalized investment strategies.
- Identify client needs and opportunities, and refer clients to appropriate internal financial or wealth management solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on investment products, processes, and financial planning concepts.
- Support client onboarding, portfolio discussions, and ongoing advisory conversations to enhance overall client experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks at all times.
- Handle complex client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate cases when required to senior stakeholders.
- Approximately 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment advisory roles, or equivalent education and experience.
- Completion of required investment licensing or certifications (e.g., Canadian Securities Course and related regulatory requirements).
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and provide tailored financial advice in a regulated environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to assess client needs and translate them into actionable investment strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client relationships.
- Competitive salary range between approximately CAD 43,200 and 80,300, with potential commission-based structures.
