We are looking for an experienced and dependable Commercial Journeyman Plumber to join our Service Team in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently. Experience with boiler maintenance and repair is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as this position requires clear communication with clients regarding necessary repairs and recommended improvements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Experienced knowledge of all tools and skills necessary to complete the installation of projects common to the commercial plumbing construction industry.
- Possession of the tools as required by the company.
- Responsible for safe operation and maintenance of company equipment and rented equipment.
- Install sanitary systems, water systems, fuel systems, fixtures and equipment.
- Responsible for instruction and on the job training of apprentices, which includes emphasis on safety.
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge of local/national codes and industry standards.
- Ensure that all necessary inspections are made through all phases of work.
- Work within the guidelines of the safety and employee policy.
- Promote proper use of company assets.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Requirements:
- Licensed Journeyman Plumber: Must hold a Journeyman Plumber License with the State of Arizona.
- Blueprint Reader: Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Initiative-taker: Perform effectively as a self-managed individual.
- A minimum of 4 years of Plumbing Journeyman Level experience.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of commercial construction plumbing and safety procedures.
- Working knowledge of all relevant local and national codes, company and industry standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from work are required.
- Ability to work independently, and as a team member.
- EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.
