Service Plumber at Superior Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing, Inc. – Phoenix, Arizona

We are hiring experienced commercial service plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and commercial plumbing repairs to clients. Work schedules are Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to clients with professional conduct
• Install, repair or replace commercial water heaters
• Properly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes
• Troubleshoot grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps or lift stations
• Troubleshoot common commercial plumbing issues on pumps, fixtures, valves, and DWV
• Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines or hydro jets
• Camera lines to document pipe issues
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
• Available to work Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday as your regular shift
• Additional duties assigned as needed

• Minimum of four years of commercial plumbing service experience
• Valid driver license with and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication
