Painter Apprentice

Apprentice – Start Your Career in Industrial & Commercial Painting!

Location: Illinois Region (required to report to the job site as scheduled)
Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Starting Pay: $18.75/hr + Overtime Opportunities
Reports To: Foreman & Field Operations Supervisor

Experience Needed: NONE — just bring your work ethic!

What We're Looking For

You don't need experience—just:

About 6 months of general work history (preferred)
Weekend availability
Reliable transportation to get to job sites
Semi travel- (neighboring states)
A great attitude & reliability
Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening
A valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Bonus points if you're:

A fast learner
Comfortable in active, physical work, not afraid of heights
Familiar with OSHA10 or construction tools (not required!)

What the Work Is Like

This job is active! You'll be:

Lifting 15–50 lbs
Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders
Using tools and equipment
Working as part of a crew in various industrial and commercial locations
Expected to climb on boom lifts (trained)
