Job Details:

• Serve as the primary in-house contact for orders, questions, and concerns for a select territory of dealers
• Maintain and grow dealer relationships by always providing excellent customer service
• Identify prospective customers and identify new markets to increase sales using leads, trade shows, and business directories
• Estimate prices, terms, and delivery dates, and stay in touch with dealers post-sale to provide ongoing support
• Study product information to become a pro, answering dealer questions about products, prices, and availability
• Coordinate exciting sales campaigns with the marketing department and keep dealers informed on the latest product initiatives
• Participate in Trade Shows demonstrating products and interacting with customers and dealers

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2 years’ professional sales or marketing experience is required
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or Management is a plus
• Tech Savvy: Comfort with Microsoft Office (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
• Communication: A natural ability to connect with people and exchange clear, accurate information
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional standing and walking required along with constant operating of computer and other office equipment
• Constant communication with customers; must be able to exchange accurate and clear information
• Occasional movement of objects weighing up to 50 pounds
