Auto Glass Technician Responsibilities:
- Drive to customers to provide on-site auto glass repair and replacement services
- Proper prepping and priming of all installation areas
- Removal of all parts required for the proper installation of auto glass including moldings, wipers, screws and clips
- Applying urethane directly onto glass, ensuring a weatherproof seal on customers vehicles
- Correcting underlying rust or bonding issues to ensure a safe installation
- Recalibrating ADAS cameras
- Maintaining a clean, organized and stocked van
Auto Glass Technician Requirements:
- Ambitious and strong work ethic
- Strong mechanical skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented
