At Riverbend Community Mental Health, we know that a healing journey starts the moment someone walks through our door. We’re looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our office and the heartbeat of our daily operations.
In this role, you’re more than an administrator—you’re a navigator. You’ll ensure our clients feel seen, heard, and supported from the moment they check in until they head home. Therefore, this is a 100% on-site position based in our Franklin, NH office. *Remote work or hybrid schedules are not available for this role.

What You’ll Do:
- Create a Warm Welcome: Greet clients and visitors with a smile, setting a positive and professional tone for their visit.
- Keep Things Moving: Handle client check-ins/check-outs, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage the flow of the front office.
- Master the Details: Maintain accurate client records, verify and maintain information in the Medicaid system, and keep our administrative systems running smoothly.
- Be the Hub: Answer phones and coordinate closely with our providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless care for every client.

What You’ll Bring:
- Hight School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two (2) years’ experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Experience with health insurance billing procedures preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with attention to detail are required.
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
