Restaurant Hostess/Cashier (Part-time) at Hyatt Regency Tulsa – Tulsa, Oklahoma

As a restaurant hostess, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Your duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, directing guests to their tables, and communicating with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized entrance area, managing wait times, and handling guest complaints and concerns.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team and be comfortable standing for extended periods of time.
