As our Event Operations Supervisor, you will lead a critical function that ensures MASA’s national seminar program runs smoothly, efficiently, and consistently at scale. You’ll play a central role in aligning logistics, people, and processes to support high-quality event execution across the country.
In this role, you’ll oversee daily team operations while driving accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and field leadership to ensure seminar readiness, resolve challenges proactively, and maintain the systems and processes that power a seamless experience. Supporting a program that delivers more than 4,000 seminars each month across the United States, your leadership will directly influence operational performance, data integrity, and the success of a high-volume, nationwide event strategy.

What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the daily operations of the Event Coordination team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of seminar bookings and logistics.
- Coaching, training, and developing team members to drive performance, accountability, and alignment with departmental goals.
- Establishing and maintaining standardized processes, tools, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and field leadership to align seminar planning, ensure venue readiness, and proactively resolve scheduling challenges.
- Overseeing the accuracy and integrity of the seminar venue database and menu distribution processes.
- Analyzing operational and performance data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and scale processes effectively.
- Serving as the escalation point for complex venue-related issues, troubleshooting problems to minimize disruptions.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading and coaching a team, with the ability to drive accountability and performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas, spreadsheets, and pivot tables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy in scheduling, logistics, and reporting.
- Experience working with CRM systems or databases such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred.
- Call center or high-volume operational environment experience preferred.
