About the role
At Marioff Germany our mission is to deliver cutting-edge HI-FOG high-pressure water mist fire suppression systems to our esteemed customers. As we’re growing our team, we are searching for a dynamic, detail-oriented and dedicated Service and Aftermarket Planner to join our professional organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably from the aftermarket/maintenance/service field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong fluency in German (at least C1 level) and solid level of English (B2)
- A strong general technical understanding
- Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, experience with ERP systems
- High stress resistance as well as confident appearance in demanding situations with customers or service providers
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new software tools and actively shape digital planning processes
- Very good organizational skills, especially in multitasking and prioritizing
- Solution-oriented thinking, especially in the face of unplanned challenges or emergencies
Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:
- Knowledge/experience from the field of fire protection, plant engineering or building technology
- Salesforce knowledge/experience
- Technical education
Responsibilities
- Timely scheduling of maintenance and service calls for the current 12-person technician team and subcontractors, in accordance with existing maintenance contracts and service agreements.
- Flexible and short-notice adjustments to the schedule in case of rescheduling, breakdowns, or unplanned service calls.
- Proactive communication with customers, technicians, and internal contacts regarding changes to the schedule.
- Prioritization of service calls based on urgency, contractual obligations, and available resources.
- Deployment planning according to existing maintenance contracts, maintenance orders, service orders and emergency service assignments
- Ordering, organizing, procuring and timely provision of spare parts
- Ensuring efficient route and resource planning
- Documentation control and administrative follow-up of service calls
- Support in the optimization of internal procedures and processes
- Support in controlling the timeliness and profitability of maintenance contracts
- Preparation of offers or cost estimates
- Support in the compilation of all necessary maintenance and ser-vice protocols for accounting
- Control of incoming orders for maintenance contracts and maintenance orders
