The Role

Maintain, assess, and repair residential plumbing systems, while offering solutions for water quality enhancement and system durability to improve the client's home environment. Lead customers to informed and confident decisions regarding their plumbing needs.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-home plumbing service calls for systems less than 10 years old.
• Develop customer rapport to recommend the most suitable products and services.
• Utilize targeted questions to identify the root causes of plumbing issues.
• Inform and guide customers in selecting the optimal financing options and maintenance plans.
• Meet and strive to surpass your sales targets for increased revenue.
• Demonstrate professionalism and expertise to secure new referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to contribute to the business's success.
• Keep a tidy and organized work area and maintain a well-stocked van.
• Engage fully in training sessions, morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats.
• Educate and mentor apprentices to ensure efficient, precise repairs and installations.
• Ensure accuracy and promptness in handling invoices, time cards, customer feedback, and choice documentation.
