Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus. * Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred, but not required for entry-level positions. * Proficiency in using office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication platforms. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual team. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and online collaboration tools is a plus.
