We have an exciting opportunity for a long term care facility in Alexander City, AL for 12-16 hours per week. HYBRID REMOTE SCHEDULES CONSIDERED

Position Highlights
– Conduct clinical nutrition assessments
– Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
– Completing the MDS
– Calculate tube feeding
– Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Ideal Candidates
– Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
– Alabama Dietetic Licensure
– Strong communication skills and a client-centered mindset
– Positive, professional attitude
