As an Inside Property Claims Representative II, you will investigate and resolve moderately complex to complex personal, commercial, and farm property claims while helping members understand what to expect and what comes next. Your work will combine sound coverage decisions, accurate evaluation, practical problem-solving, and a caring member experience.
What you will do- Investigate property losses through partnership with Independent Adjusters and off-site inspections to determine coverage, liability, damages, and appropriate resolution.
