  • Support regulatory registrations, self-assessments, and audit activities within the relevant region and specialist area of compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help accelerate the use of AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of compliance operations.
  • Establish productive relationships with key internal and external partners and monitor their performance in supporting compliance activities and objectives.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across digital and technology teams, providing pragmatic, risk-based advice and constructive challenge when required.
  • Contribute to compliance reporting, risk assessments, control evaluations, and remediation activities while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.
Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar Governance, Risk & Compliance role within a large-scale organization is essential.
  • Hands-on knowledge of regulatory requirements, information security standards, technology compliance practices, and IT control frameworks is required.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering regulatory compliance programs, audits, IT control testing, and related assurance activities is important.
  • Strong understanding of GRC platforms and technology-enabled compliance processes is highly valuable, particularly across risk assessments, controls management, remediation, audit management, policy compliance, and continuous controls monitoring.
  • Experience working with enterprise technology platforms such as SAP, Azure, ServiceNow, or Identity & Access Management solutions is an advantage.
  • The ability to provide practical, risk-based compliance advice while constructively challenging stakeholders and supporting effective business outcomes is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships with technology, digital, business, and other cross-functional teams are required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to translate complex compliance and regulatory requirements into clear business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required, together with a continuous improvement mindset and an interest in automation, AI, and operational efficiency.
  • Sound judgment and common sense are important, with the ability to assess situations thoughtfully and make appropriate decisions in complex environments.
  • A broad perspective is required, including the ability to consider wider organizational priorities and the perspectives of stakeholders beyond your immediate area of responsibility.
  • Strong self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and cultural fluency are essential for working effectively across diverse teams, regions, and cultural environments.
  • A strong commitment to ethical conduct, accountability, integrity, and doing the right thing is expected.
Benefits
