RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, verify, and record incoming shipments of returned, expired, or recalled products.
• Inspect, sort, and classify products in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Utilize inventory management systems to accurately maintain records and monitor products throughout the reverse logistics cycle.
• Prepare products for proper disposition, including manufacturer returns, recycling, or environmentally compliant disposal.
• Ensure all processes and activities remain compliant with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Support discrepancy investigations and assist with root-cause analysis to improve operational efficiency and minimize returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to maintain smooth workflow and operational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or pharmacy support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in inventory tracking and data entry.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work effectively in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems is preferred.
