Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a dynamic medical device contract manufacturing site. This role is responsible for overseeing purchasing, planning, inventory management, customer service, and supplier performance while leading a small team and partnering cross-functionally to support operational and business objectives.

- Lead all site supply chain activities, including procurement, planning/scheduling, inventory control, customer service, and materials management
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports while providing leadership across broader cross-functional supply chain activities
- Drive supplier performance related to delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to align supply chain priorities with customer and business needs
- Lead inventory optimization efforts, including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, excess and obsolete reduction, and working capital management
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and capacity planning activities
- Develop and improve supply chain processes, metrics, and reporting to drive operational performance and scalability
- Identify risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply
- Support new product introductions, customer launches, and ongoing operational growth initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment
- Prior leadership experience managing supply chain, planning, purchasing, or materials teams
- Experience supporting complex manufacturing operations with a strong understanding of production planning and inventory management
- Experience in medical device, contract manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong ERP/MRP systems experience and data-driven decision-making capability
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across functions and organizational levels
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus
