This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT and corporate technology leader to shape and scale the internal systems that power a fast-growing, security-focused organization. In this role, you will oversee core productivity infrastructure, optimize employee technology experiences, and drive operational excellence across a distributed workforce. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, managing a lean team while actively contributing to system improvements and automation initiatives. The position offers high visibility across the business, partnering with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to enable efficiency and secure growth. Ideal for someone with a builder mindset, this role provides the chance to create scalable processes, modernize IT service delivery, and make a lasting impact in a high-performance environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and evolve the corporate technology and IT support function, including device provisioning, support operations, service delivery management, and process optimization.
  • Manage and improve productivity platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, email systems, and other critical SaaS applications used across the organization.
  • Develop and execute a scalable IT strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives and operational priorities.
  • Define service-level objectives (SLOs), implement performance metrics, and drive automation initiatives to improve support efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, business applications, finance, and operations teams to streamline the SaaS ecosystem, improve user experiences, and optimize technology spend.
  • Coach and support a small IT team while fostering accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen security and compliance practices across internal systems without compromising employee productivity or collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience leading or managing corporate technology, IT operations, or internal systems functions within high-growth startup or technology environments.
  • Strong expertise with Google Workspace, Slack administration, SaaS management, and modern IT infrastructure best practices.
  • Proven experience designing scalable IT service delivery models, defining SLOs, and implementing automation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of security principles related to enterprise productivity tools and corporate systems.
  • Experience managing SaaS rationalization initiatives, reducing operational complexity, and improving adoption across organizations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Hands-on, player-coach mentality with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and driven to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $172,000 to $195,000 USD.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible work arrangements and regular company meetups and destination summits.
  • Stock options with extended exercise windows and participation opportunities in secondary offerings.
  • 100% company-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees and dependents.
  • Flexible paid time off policy designed to support work-life balance and personal well-being.
  • Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents.
  • Monthly stipends for coworking, phone, and internet expenses.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, mission-driven environment alongside industry-leading professionals.
