- Lead and review complex tax engagements, including 1120S, 1065, 1040, multi-entity, and high-net-worth tax returns.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic guidance on tax planning, entity structuring, profitability, cash flow management, and long-term financial strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, consultative support, and high-quality service delivery.
- Review tax returns, workpapers, and planning strategies to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client outcomes.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff and managers while strengthening technical capabilities and client service standards across the team.
- Manage multiple client engagements and project timelines while maintaining responsiveness and operational efficiency in a remote environment.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and organizational growth opportunities.
- Stay informed on evolving tax regulations, industry trends, and best practices relevant to specialized business clients.
- Contribute to a collaborative and advisory-driven culture focused on long-term client success and continuous improvement.
- Active CPA license required.
- 7+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience with strong expertise managing complex tax engagements.
- Extensive experience reviewing and preparing pass-through entity returns, including partnerships and S-corporations.
- Proven ability to deliver advisory-focused tax guidance and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax planning, business structuring, and financial strategy concepts.
- Experience mentoring staff, leading teams, and supporting professional development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a fully remote, high-autonomy environment.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and service quality.

- Experience with CCH Axcess is strongly preferred.
