About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve quality of care, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and competent team
- Ensure financial sustainability by managing budgets, billing, and cost control measures
- Foster a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement among staff and residents
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive resident care
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and implement best practices to enhance service delivery

Pay Rate: $120,000-$160,000 annually DOE

Requirements:- Proven experience as an Executive Director or similar leadership role within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing facilities
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Valid state licensure or certification as required by local regulations
