This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and creative community leader to shape how a fast-growing consumer brand builds meaningful connections with its audience at scale. In this role, you will develop community experiences that strengthen customer loyalty, cultural relevance, and brand advocacy across both digital and real-world environments. You will lead initiatives that transform customers into engaged participants through ambassador programs, local activations, creator partnerships, and community-driven storytelling. The ideal candidate combines strong cultural instincts with operational excellence, thriving in entrepreneurial environments where experimentation, relationship-building, and scalable growth are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a global community strategy designed to drive engagement, advocacy, and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Build scalable systems and programs that encourage customers to participate as contributors, ambassadors, and community advocates.
  • Launch and manage community-led initiatives including ambassador programs, referral programs, local activations, and creator collaborations.
  • Design digital and offline community experiences such as wellness groups, networking events, city-based gatherings, and lifestyle-focused programs.
  • Partner closely with social and marketing teams to strengthen user-generated content initiatives and foster participatory brand storytelling.
  • Integrate community feedback and participation into product launches, testing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Identify, cultivate, and support influential community leaders and local advocates across priority markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, partnerships, and events teams to align community initiatives with broader brand and cultural campaigns.
  • Establish and monitor community performance metrics including growth, engagement, participation, retention, and advocacy impact.
  • Track emerging cultural and community trends to identify new opportunities for scalable, community-driven growth.

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years of experience leading or building community programs for consumer-facing brands.
  • Proven success developing both digital and in-person communities that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Experience creating and managing ambassador, creator, influencer, or membership-based programs.
  • Strong understanding of how community intersects with culture, storytelling, social media, content, and experiential marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable community frameworks across multiple regions or markets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and storytelling skills with strong cultural awareness and audience empathy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience launching programs and processes from the ground up.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally within fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 USD depending on experience and location.
  • Potential eligibility for bonus and equity compensation programs.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly scaling, mission-driven retail and technology environment.
  • Collaborative and high-performing culture focused on innovation, creativity, and customer experience.
  • Exposure to impactful projects shaping community, brand growth, and customer engagement at scale.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and belonging.
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing organization focused on long-term development and leadership impact.
