Job Overview:

TerraWorks, LLC is looking for a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass a federal background check and regular drug screenings. This role involves performing general labor tasks to support site preparation, maintenance, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, cleaning, and moving materials at job sites.
• Assist skilled workers and crew members with site preparation, setup, and cleanup.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Operate basic tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check and regular drug screenings.
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be willing to travel. This job will require multiple weeks (3-5) on the road at a time, with 7-10 days at home in-between

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
