As an Account Director, you'll oversee a portfolio of accounts, connecting client objectives with media strategy, analytics, creative thinking, and execution. If you're equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and performance marketer, we'd love to meet you.
- Serve as the senior strategic lead for a portfolio of client accounts, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Develop and present integrated marketing and media strategies that align with client business goals and drive measurable results.
- Translate complex performance data, analytics, and media insights into clear recommendations and actionable business strategies.
- Lead collaboration across media, analytics, ad operations, and digital teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Champion a “test and learn” mindset, encouraging innovation, experimentation and optimization across campaigns.
- Guide clients through emerging media opportunities, platform innovations, and evolving marketing technologies.
- Mentor and develop account team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Manage account profitability, forecasting, budgets, scopes of work, and overall financial health.
- Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and contribute to agency growth.
- Support agency new business efforts through strategic planning, presentations, and pitch participation.
- Ensure projects move efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality, communication, and client service.
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, media, or agency client services.
- Proven success managing complex client relationships and executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, video, streaming, and programmatic media.
- Strong knowledge of analytics, attribution, measurement frameworks, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing high-performing talent.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and account profitability.
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, or destination marketing.
- Familiarity with platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Tealium, AudienceStream, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, or similar technologies.
- Experience working across media, creative, analytics, web, CRM, content, and AI-enabled marketing solutions.
