- Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 2pm-11pm (Hours may vary based on event schedules, operational needs, and special projects. Flexibility is required)

The Spirit of the Position:
The Operations and Event Supervisor is responsible for overseeing parking operations,assisting with the daily operations, maintenance, and event-management of our downtown Atlanta parking facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation while supporting major events, facility upkeep, and staff supervision.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who is comfortable managing people, solving problems in real time, and maintaining a professional presence during high-volume event operations.
Principal Job Duties:
Event Operations
- Coordinate ingress and egress activities during concerts, sporting events, festivals, and other special events.
- Supervise parking attendants and support staff during event operations.
- Monitor traffic flow and implement operational adjustments as needed.
- Ensure event rates, signage, and customer communications are properly executed.
- Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Facility Operations
- Conduct daily facility inspections.
- Monitor cleanliness, lighting, signage, equipment, and safety conditions throughout the property.
- Identify and address operational issues before they impact customers.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and management regarding repairs and maintenance activities.
- Assist with enforcement of facility rules and policies.
Maintenance Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance and repair tasks as appropriate.
- Monitor facility equipment and report deficiencies.
- Assist with preventative maintenance efforts.
- Ensure the property maintains a professional appearance at all times.
Leadership & Administrative Duties
- Assist with employee training and supervision.
- Support scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
- Complete operational reports and incident documentation.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding operational concerns and opportunities.
- Maintain a strong customer service culture throughout the operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in parking, hospitality, facilities management, security, transportation, or event operations preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and facility operations preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role required.
- Parking industry experience is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in customer relations.
- Event venue operations
- Hospitality management
- Security supervision
- Facilities maintenance
- Traffic management
Skills:
- Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Physical Demands:
- Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
- Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
