This is a high-impact commercial role focused on managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts within large-scale agricultural operations. You will work closely with major dairy and beef customers, helping them fully integrate advanced technology into their farming systems and unlock measurable value across their operations. The role combines relationship management, strategic advisory, and hands-on execution across complex stakeholder environments. You will engage with executives, operational leaders, and on-farm teams, translating business needs into practical solutions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of agricultural systems, commercial thinking, and the ability to drive change in high-value enterprise accounts. You will operate in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment with significant travel and direct customer engagement. This position plays a key role in scaling enterprise adoption and long-term customer success.
- Manage a portfolio of large enterprise agricultural accounts, ensuring successful rollout, adoption, and long-term value realization of the solution across dairy and beef operations.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including farm managers, operational leaders, executives, and industry influencers.
- Drive customer success by deeply understanding farm systems, identifying opportunities for value creation, and embedding solutions into daily operations.
- Partner with sales leadership on expansion, renewal, and growth strategies within existing accounts, supporting revenue forecasting and account planning.
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them optimize operations, solve challenges, and improve productivity through technology adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, support, sales) to align customer needs with product development and service delivery.
- Contribute to scalable account management practices by refining playbooks, sharing insights, and improving enterprise growth strategies.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or large, complex accounts with a strong track record of retention and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of dairy and beef farming systems, with practical knowledge of agricultural operations and what drives farm performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and drive long-term account expansion.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly across executive, operational, and field-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in customer-facing roles requiring autonomy, fast decision-making, and high levels of accountability.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to ~50%) to engage directly with customers in the field.
